Darryl and JJ Jones did a great job in what has to be one of the most difficult situations a realtor can face.  My client wanted the property sold as part of a Dissolution of Marriage case and the other party was refusing to cooperate.  Darryl was selected by the judge for the listing and began his work on getting the property sold.

Despite the difficulty of an angry recalcitrant person refusing to make the property available for show, Darryl was able to get above asking price offers within weeks.  I cannot go into too much detail of all the complications that arose in this sale, but I can say that I could not imagine any worse conditions in which to sale a home.  

Darryle and JJ did NOT disappoint.  If they can get above asking price offers under these conditions just imagine what they can do for you under more ideal conditions.  Can't say enough about this team and the job they did under such difficult conditions.

Bill Taraschi is OUTSTANDING to work with. He moved very fast on my situation, he is efficient and he delivered far beyond my expectations.
